Competition experience: Icelandic chef of the year 2015, competed in Nordic chef of the year in 2015. Won gold in “hot food” when competing with Young chefs of Iceland in Dublin 2011. Assistant in Bocuse d’Or 2011.
Position in the Icelandic culinary team: Telling jokes, dish washing and doing other things that need to be done. Apart from that, I take care of the main course in the five course menu for the Olympics. Have vegetable dishes on the Culinary art table and am in the desert team for the hot table competing in the Olympics.
