Competition experience: 2009 – Kremlin International Culinary Cup Moscow, 2 gold pirzes and 1 bronze. 2010 – Expogast. Villeroy & Bosch Culinary World Cup Luxembourg, gold 2011 – Kremlin International Culinary Cup Moscow, 2 gold prizes and 1 silver.

Favorite ingredient: Caramel, chocolate, Flower Paste and Airbrush..
Best kitchen tip: Don’t be afraid of difficult, try to do better than the others.
Role model: My best teachers on a world class scale; France’s Stephane Klein and for caramel; Stephane Treand from the USA for caramel, chocolate and Airbrush; Alan Dunn and Paddy Clark from the UK are masters of sugar decorations.
