Hobbies: Apart from the kitchen, it’s being outdoors, music, sports, acoustics, movies and Iceland in general.
What do you cook on a Monday: If it was something regular, it would probably be fried with and everything that goes with it.
Most memorable food experience: When I first tasted the vegetarian lasagna that my fiancée made, exemplary!
What kitchen appliance could you not be without: A clock. My sense of time is not the best, and that’s when alarms and timers come in handy. iPhone’s got it!
